A Web/Mobile Naviation Interface for Exploring the Clinical Associations of Cancer Drivers. Enables the cancer research community and others to fully utilize TCGA data. With its straightforward web/mobile interface, it provides simple yet clinically relevant associations of TCGA results. Thus, one can examine queries and test hypothesis regarding genomic/proteomic alterations in cancers from any time and place.

Colorectal TCGA Study

An integrated analysis of RNA expression, DNA copy number, DNA mutation and DNA methylation in colorectal cancer identifies a minimal biomarker panel that predicts clinical stage better than any assay individually as well as the detailed landscape of genomic features related to clinical stage.

Human Oligo Projects

Oligo Exome

A database of capture oligonucleotides for conducting high-throughput targeted resequencing of coding regions of the human genome. Covers the CCDS exon space and a high proportion of related regulatory regions from the human genome. Regions of interest can be queried by gene name.

Oligo Genome

A database of capture oligonucleotides for conducting high-throughput targeted resequencing of the human genome. Regions of interest can be queried by chromosome coordinates.
